Role Overview:
We seek a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join us in growing theJOYLAB. In this critical role, you will help shape the company's vision, strategy, and operations by contributing to business development, fundraising, marketing, sales, and market analysis. This is an equity-based position, and we are looking for someone who is ready to dive in, take ownership, and propel theJOYLAB forward.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the primary founder to define the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic direction.
- Build relationships with industry partners, potential customers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach target customers, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
- Assist in securing funding from investors by creating compelling pitch decks, managing financial projections, and negotiating investment terms.
Requirements:
- A shared understanding of the company's goals and direction, which is crucial for making collaborative decisions.
- Someone who can quickly adapt to changing market conditions and unexpected challenges.
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, and fundraising.
