Sales & Marketing focused Co-Founder (Puesto de cofundador)

Remediate.AI is a Munich-based startup building an AI-powered accessibility and compliance platform for websites, e-commerce stores and digital agencies.

Our product helps businesses identify and fix BFSG, WCAG and digital accessibility issues through automated scans, clear reports, AI-powered fix recommendations and ongoing monitoring. The goal is to make accessibility compliance easier, faster and more practical for companies that do not have large internal compliance or development teams.

The company is already registered in Germany and the MVP is largely built. We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing focused Co-Founder who can help bring the product to market, validate demand, acquire pilot customers and build early partnerships.

The ideal co-founder should be fluent in German and English, comfortable with B2B sales, customer discovery, outreach, positioning and partnerships. Experience or strong interest in BFSG, WCAG, digital accessibility, compliance, SaaS, e-commerce or agency business would be highly valuable.

This role is especially suited for someone who enjoys early-stage startup building and wants to take ownership of the commercial side of the company. The main focus will be speaking with agencies, Shopify/Shopware/WordPress developers, e-commerce businesses and German SMEs to understand their accessibility challenges and convert early interest into long-term customers.

We are looking for someone proactive, reliable and entrepreneurial who wants to build a meaningful company in a growing compliance-driven market.

Munich or Germany preferred, remote within Europe possible.
